control panel / mixer add-on for Greg Crain's "Audigy" driver.
Intro:
I like to listen to my audigy via external DAC, so i just had to write this app to be able to do so (until the real "Audigy" driver has its own nice mixer).

Requirements:
- BeOS R5
- Greg Crain's "Audigy" driver v0.1 (k2cfg won't work with future driver versions, don't even try!)
- Creative Labs SoundBlaster Audigy
Known problems:
- this is really a <hack> so it may possibly cause some unexpected behavior of actual driver.
- the only machine with system 5.0.3 was tested
- not friendly ALPHA
